The installation tools must be chosen according to the volume to be installed, the location of the holes in the part and the size of the thread. Manual installation devices ensure simple and efficient installation of AMECOIL® Wire Thread Insert. Depending on your technical requirements and installation conditions, two types of manual devices are available: threaded spindle or smooth spindle.

Electrical installation devices
AMECOIL® electric installation tools are designed for high-speed installation of AMECOIL® Wire Thread Inserts with diameters up to M12. Compared to pneumatic tools, electric tools are easier to adjust, generate less noise and are lighter, providing optimal user comfort and convenience.

Visseuses électriques Type E-SR avec broche
The electric screwdriver with SR spindle is designed to ensure high installation speed for AMECOIL® thread inserts, with models available for diameters from M2 to M6 and from M8 to M12. The electric screwdrivers feature an spindle guide and are supplied with their control unit.
Hexagonal SR spindles must be ordered separately.

Electric screwdriver Type E-NZ with prewinder
The electric screwdriver with prewinder is designed for rapid installation of AMECOIL® Wire Thread Inserts and accommodates diameters from M2 to M6. This tool is compatible with the installation of Wire Thread Inserts :
- AMECOIL® BP (Strip feed)
- AMECOIL® in bulk.
The electric screwdrivers are supplied with their control unit. Additional equipment must be ordered separately.

Controlled screwdriver MD
Lightweight and ergonomic, the MD straight electric screwdriver is specially designed for high-speed vertical screwdriving operations with AMECOIL® Wire Thread Inserts, where precision and traceability are essential. It is equipped with sensors to control torque and angle, ensuring maximum precision.
Ideal for installing multiple thread diameters in series. It is perfectly suited for installing Wire Thread Inserts from M2 to M12.
