Installation tools for AMESELF Self-tapping Inserts

Manual installation tools

Compatible with a “left-hand turn”tool. Range : M2.5 to M14.

For manual or screwdriver installation. Range : M3 to M12.

AMESELF Installation Guide

1. Drilling
Drill the hole to the specified diameter, chamfer the edge if necessary
2. Screwing
Screw the AMESELF onto the tool, with the slot or holes facing downwards. Then screw the AMESELF in until it is approximately 0.1 to 0.2 mm
3. Unscrewing
Unscrew the tool. As soon as you begin unscrewing, hold the nut with a spanner until the AMESELF is separated from the tool.

It fits onto tapping machines or drills and is particularly recommended for installation in holes that are difficult to access. Range : M 2.5 to M 30.
